If I were San Antonio, I would not get anyone for this year and wait til' the following year and shell out a lot of $$$$ on Kobe Bryant for a 6-7 year long contract. I'm sure Kobe would be very tempted to go to another contender like San Antonio and get twice as much money from a top team then play for a team that can't offer him that much money since they are already over the salary cap. This will just be another challenge to Kobe, He is all about challenges and Money, and he will try to prove to critics he can win another championship with another team without needing Shaq to do it.
